Using BornForCreator

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and use the service lawfully. Founding accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older unless the platform later introduces a dedicated minor-safety process.

Free founding access

Creator and brand registration is free during the founding phase. BornForCreator may introduce optional paid products, subscriptions, promotion or transaction services in the future. Any price will be disclosed before a member chooses a paid feature.

Your content and profile

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give BornForCreator the limited permission needed to host, display, format and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting your public profile or submitted opportunity. You must have the right to share what you upload.

Marketplace relationships

Creators and brands are responsible for evaluating each other and agreeing to commercial terms. Unless a specific feature says otherwise, BornForCreator is not the employer, agent, guarantor or party to a creator–brand agreement.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, impersonation, spam or misleading identity and performance claims.
• Unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, exploitative or sexually explicit opportunity requests.
• Harvesting member data or contacting members for unrelated mass solicitation.
• Attempting to bypass security, access private data or disrupt the service.
• Uploading material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Availability and changes

Founding features may change, pause or be removed as the platform develops. We aim to communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Enforcement

Accounts or content may be limited or removed when there is a reasonable safety, legal, security or policy concern. Serious violations may lead to permanent restriction.
